Added new tools for resource planning: Dashboard view and filters. Dashboard view allows you to quickly check load rate and available work capactity for resources. Added filters on teams and companies and the Saved filters feature.

We've added filters to teams and companies, and the ability to save filters for quick replay.
Filters allow you to focus on lists of resources to manage their planning. The saved resource filters are shared between the Dashboard and the Projects and Jobs views of the Workload plans > Resources app.
An "AND" (intersection) is calculated between the different filters.
Sample Filter: Role = "Project Manager" - AND - Teams = "Consulting" + "Studies" + "Professional Services". This filter is used to list the resources that have the Project Manager role among the resources present in the selected teams.
Prefix the names of your saved filters to sort them (Ex: 1 - filter name, 2 - filter name, etc).
